We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Trainee Assistant Driller. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in the drilling and construction sector, gaining hands-on experience while working alongside experienced drillers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Lead Driller with daily drilling operations
Help set up, maintain, and dismantle drilling equipment and machinery
Ensure all tools and equipment are kept clean, organised, and in good working condition
Follow health and safety procedures at all times
Support in monitoring drilling progress and reporting any issues
Carry out general site duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Good physical fitness and stamina
Team player with a positive attitude
Basic understanding of health and safety practices (training will be provided)
Full UK driving licence preferred (but not essential)
