We’ve been keeping busy on two exciting projects this week!

In Lympstone, we’re making great progress on the loft conversion, insulation is going in and the first fix electrics are well underway. All on track and ready for the staircase installation next week! Can’t wait to see it all take shape as we move into the next phase.

Meanwhile, over in Otterton, it’s our final day on site after transforming this bungalow with a beautiful new extension and full interior renovation. It’s been a big project with an incredible result from structural changes to finishing touches, we’re proud of the transformation and excited to hand it over.

Thanks to our fantastic team for their hard work on both jobs! 🙌

🛁✨ Loft goals in Exmouth! ✨🛁

We’re so excited to share a sneak peek of our latest loft conversion project in beautiful Exmouth and this one is truly something special.

One standout feature we absolutely LOVE is the freestanding bath that takes centre stage, set upon a bed of stunning floral tiles. Just imagine relaxing in the tub while gazing out of the window, soaking in breathtaking views over the River Exe. Pure bliss! 🌸🌊

We’ve also designed and built custom wardrobes to make the most of every inch of space, carefully crafted to fit seamlessly within the pitch of the roof, no awkward corners here, just smart and stylish storage. 🛠️👕

And the en suite? We’ve given it a warm, modern twist with waterproof wood-effect panels in the shower, bringing natural texture and a touch of spa-like luxury to the space. 🚿🌿

We’re making great progress on our latest dormer loft conversion in the beautiful village of Lympstone! 🛠️ The structure is now fully formed, with the dormer framework in place, next is insulation and then plasterboard!

This project is all about transforming unused loft space into a bright and spacious bedroom with en-suite

Exciting progress on our full home renovation project here in beautiful Otterton!

🧱 The walls have now all been plastered and are ready for painting – it’s amazing to see the spaces starting to take shape.
🛁 The bathroom is being tiled as we speak, can’t wait to see the finished look come together.
💡 And the electrics are all in place, ready for the second fix.

This has been a top-to-bottom renovation and we’ve poured a lot of love and energy into every step. We’re so excited to show you the end results and hand back there home to our clients

Work has officially begun on our latest project a Hip to Gable loft conversion in beautiful Exmouth! This transformation will create a brand new bedroom with en suite, adding both space and value to our client’s home.

The sunshine couldn’t have arrived at a better time this week’s beautiful weather is perfect for getting stuck into the structural work. With the scaffolding up and the roof taking shape, everything is progressing smoothly.

And what a reward awaits at the top! The client will enjoy stunning views from their new window a perfect place to wake up and soak in the scenery every morning.

We’re well underway with a full home renovation project that’s going to be a total transformation for our lovely client. The new layout is designed to bring fresh life into the space, with a completely reimagined living area and a brand new kitchen at the heart of it all.

From the flooring to the fixtures, every detail is being carefully considered to create a warm, functional, and modern home. It’s amazing to see how the vision is coming together and we can’t wait to show you the final result!

The interior is now being plastered at our Home Renovation project in Otterton, the roof has officially been tiled in Beautiful grey slate tiles, and the inside is starting to look very much like a home again! 🏠

We’re loving watching it take shape and can’t wait to share more as things progress. Exciting times ahead!
