Successful projects normally establish an air-barrier strategy before work begins. The team should know:

Do not wait until the day before a property is marketed.

The assessor may need information about the building’s:

✅ Construction
✅ Heating and cooling
✅ Ventilation
✅ Lighting

Can you change the specification after the SAP Calculations are complete?

Yes—but the changes may affect compliance.

✅ Check the effect on Part L compliance
