Call out for us yesterday, F28 fault on a vaillant ecofit pure which is usually a blocked condense, this one was a blocked condense but not in the usual place you'd find it, after checked the trap and the pipework it was clear we had to remove the pipe from the bottom of the main heat exchanger, where the blockage was caused by a build of of sludge. Boiler back up and running, shop now has heating and hot water.
