Garden Smarten-Up

Another job completed for W A Home and Garden Services! This garden got a real refresh, focused on privacy and function.

Here's what we did:

- Installed a bamboo screen along the fence line for extra privacy
- Cleared and levelled the ground ready for new raised beds
- Fitted railway sleepers to create sturdy, good-looking raised beds

A smarter, more private garden with the groundwork in place for planting. Whether you're after a privacy screen, raised beds, or a full garden makeover, we can help.

Based in Haddenham, Ely — covering the surrounding area

Another job complete – hand-built pergola with matching trellis panels!

Really pleased with how this one turned out. Solid timber frame, custom-fitted trellis for extra privacy and something for the climbers to grow up over the summer. Great to see it up and ready to enjoy the garden.

Another happy customer – and that's what it's all about! If you've got a garden project in mind, big or small, get in touch and let's chat about what we can build for you.

Another day, another transformation!

This blank cupboard didn't have much going for it — bare walls, exposed pipework, not much use to anyone. So we fitted it out with adjustable shelving from top to bottom, turning it into a proper pantry with loads of storage.

Multi-tier shelving, corner space used properly, and everything adjustable so the customer can rearrange it however suits them. Went from an awkward empty space to genuinely useful in no time!

Love a job that makes a real difference to how a home works day to day.

Got an unused cupboard or awkward space crying out for some storage? Get in touch, we'd love to help sort it!

Been a while since we posted, but we've definitely not been slacking!

Job of the day: this greenhouse was a total jungle — w**ds and grass everywhere.

Cleared it all out, put down a w**d membrane, built up a sand bed, and laid some lovely concrete slabs and block paving on top.

Customer had the materials ready; we just did the graft!

Absolute sauna in there today though. Proper reminder to drink loads of water if you're out working in this heat!

Chuffed with how it turned out. Another happy customer in the books! 👍

A full makeover for this bedroom — new skirting boards, updated architrave, and a bespoke panel‑effect feature wall to bring depth, character, and a clean modern finish. The result is a brighter, fresher space with a completely new feel.

If you’re thinking about updating a room in your home, from small improvements to full decorative changes, I’m always happy to help.

Relocated a heavy batch of paving slabs from one property to another, ready for their next project. If you need materials moved or your garden refreshed, I’m your guy.

🌿 Short Back & Sides… Garden Edition! ✂️

Today’s client wasn’t much of a talker — very leafy, terrible at eye contact — but we got there in the end. Gave the hedge a proper trim and it’s now looking sharper than I do on a night out.

Amazing what a bit of TLC (and a lot of sweeping) can do. Another garden tidied, another hedge ready for its close‑up.

If your greenery is getting a bit wild, I’m always happy to trim it.
