For this property we replaced the existing entrance intercom setup with a modern Akuvox IP video intercom system, installed on new heavy-duty black swan-neck posts positioned to make them easy to use from a vehicle.

It’s not just about fitting the equipment — a professional installation starts from the ground up. The new posts were securely installed into purpose-made concrete bases, cabling was concealed and protected, and everything was positioned carefully to give the customer a neat, solid and long-lasting finish.

The new Akuvox units give the property a much smarter and more flexible way of controlling access, including:

• HD video camera so visitors can be seen before allowing entry
• Keypad access for authorised users
• RFID / fob access for quick and convenient entry
• Two-way communication with visitors at the gate
• Remote gate release from compatible indoor screens and mobile devices

Keeping up with Lutron products today, in London training for wireless blinds!

Something a bit different today, customer wanted his door number to stick out. He had the numbers already and he wanted to keep them. So fabricated a box for them to sit in with an ip rated led strip to light up the numbers at night. Used a 20mm photocell mounted in the gate cabinet. Customer is pleased, so am I 😁
