⛳ Supporting the Lintel Trust at Haggs Castle Golf Club

It was a pleasure for Hardies Chartered Surveyors to recently attend the annual Lintel Trust Golf Day at Haggs Castle Golf Club.

The course was in fantastic condition, the food and company were brilliant - but most importantly, the day was centred around fundraising. The Lintel Trust plays a vital role in supporting housing associations and community projects across Scotland, helping to improve lives and strengthen local communities. We were delighted to continue our support for this fantastic charity and the work they do.

A huge thank you to Haggs Castle Golf Club for their hospitality, and to the Lintel Trust team for once again organising such an enjoyable and well run event.

Standing Together for SAMH at Hamilton Park Racecourse 🐎💗

A brilliant day yesterday at Hamilton Park Racecourse with clients, colleagues and friends - and an even more meaningful one as we proudly supported SAMH’s Wee Pink Dot campaign, raising awareness of mental health across Scotland.

Ian Fergusson, Douglas Smith and Steve Barnett led the way with their pink dots, helping shine a light on the importance of starting conversations, reducing stigma and supporting those who need it most. We are incredibly proud to stand behind this campaign and the vital work SAMH delivers every day.

A huge thank you to Hamilton Park Racecourse for hosting us so warmly, to our clients and colleagues for joining us, and to SAMH for the incredible work they do.

Long Standing Tradition - Decades of Golf and Great Company at Muckhart ⛳️

Our annual golf day at Muckhart Golf Club remains one of the highlights of the Hardies calendar - a tradition we have proudly upheld for decades. The long standing relationship we’ve built with the club, and with so many of our clients, is something we truly value.

This year brought the full Scottish experience on the course - sunshine, showers, wind and everything in between, but despite the ‘fore’ seasons, it was a brilliant day from start to finish!

It’s always great to step away from the day to day, reconnect with familiar faces, and enjoy time together on the course. These relationships are at the heart of what we do, and events like this remind us just how important they are.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it another memorable experience!

We are already looking forward to our next golf day later this season at Fairmont St Andrews 🏌️‍♀️⛳️

🌿 Project Completion: The Dutch Village, Craigtoun Park

We are delighted to celebrate the completion of Phase 1 restoration works at the iconic Dutch Village in Craigtoun Country Park, St Andrews.

Closed for almost 25 years, this much‑loved landmark has now been carefully restored on behalf of Fife Council, reconnecting the community with a cherished part of local heritage and childhood memories.

Hardies Chartered Surveyors were delighted to provide Quantity Surveying and Principal Designer Services, working on this project alongside a fantastic project team:

🏡 Another Milestone for Fife Council’s Affordable Housing Programme ✅

Great to see this fantastic affordable housing project in Strathkinness reaching yet another handover stage, marking a brilliant milestone for everyone involved 🎉

The development consists of 30 new affordable homes, constructed by Springfield PLC, and it’s been great to watch everything come together as we move steadily towards completion. These photos really capture the quality of workmanship and the pride being taken at this late stage of the programme 📸

This has been a real team effort, with a clear focus on delivering high quality homes that will make a positive difference for local residents. As part of our ongoing partnership with Fife Council, Hardies Chartered Surveyors are providing Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveying services, supporting the project with the commercial insight, assurance and delivery oversight needed to keep programmes on track and outcomes aligned with client expectations.

🏡 Delivering New Affordable Homes for Fife - Nearing the Finish Line 🎉

Great to see this affordable housing development for Fife Council really taking shape, with works now entering the final stages on site.

The scheme will deliver 21 much needed new homes, and it’s rewarding to watch everything coming together thanks to the hard work of Cala Homes and the wider project team.
