🔧 Emergency Call-Out Fixed ✅

Called out to an emergency on Sunday after two previous engineers had recommended new parts for the boiler.

After carrying out a full check of the system, I quickly discovered the issue was actually a blocked condensate connection under the sink, which was stopping the condensate pump from running and cutting power to the boiler.

The problem was cleared and the boiler is now back up and running 👍🏻

I’ve also advised the customer to have a plumber adjust the sink trap, as it’s currently running uphill which caused the blockage in the first place.
