Welcome to Ray Wyse Woodturner! I'm Ray, a 72-year-old retired woodturner based in Edinburgh. With a passion for working with wood, I spend my time in my cozy garage workshop, where I create a variety of handcrafted wooden pieces. From elegant bowls and vases to charming animal figures, each item is carefully crafted to showcase the natural beauty of the wood.

Woodturning started as a hobby for me, and in my retirement, it has become a true source of joy and creativity. Sharing my work with the world is something I deeply enjoy, and I love connecting with others who appreciate the artistry of handmade creations.

In addition to woodturning, I also explore acrylic painting as a hobby, adding another layer of creativity to my life.
