Easter Road Edinburgh - We were appointed where the previous agent struggled to get their design to comply with building regulations for a vacant shop with basement conversion to 3 bedroom flat. Having extensive experience in these type of conversions we re-designed the layout and provided the necessary means of escape in the event of fire so that the proposal complied with regulations. All issues have now been cleared with building control and we are just awaiting revised structures before warrant approval and initiating on site.
