As of 1st April (no fools) the Electric Vehicle Grant is being increased from £350 to £500!! With most points installed starting around the £800 inc VAT this is a massive saving for the tenant of a property.

Just wrapped up a new job for a customer who wanted a solid lighting system in their garage and loft area. Added some extra sockets in the garage and installed outdoor sockets. Finished it off with smart controls for the border lights.

Busy day on my own, installed some outside lighting to the driveway, patio and back garden, outside socket to the back and an inside socket to the living room. Had a bit of difficulty with the cavity wall not allowing me to send the socket cable all the way up to the loft space but made do with minimal damage! The drive way/sofit lights are pretty handy with a built in PIR in each of the recess spot light.
Also had to replace multiple light fittings throughout the inside of the property. Busy day. 💪

Installed a 30l Ariston over sink unit and setup inside a stable block to provide warm water to the wash down area. Using a fixed thermostatic mixer valve to mix it to a constant warm temperature and using a surestop valve system to turn it on and off with ease.
