Installing an EV charger can be straightforward. Getting the cable from where the electricity is to where the car is parked can be another matter entirely.

That's where having an electrician who can work around the quirks of your property makes a difference.

Ben Crease found exactly that when Tobin Electrical Contractors installed his EV charger:

“Tobin Electrical fitted my EV charger. Very professional, very tidy and clean. It was an awkward job, as the cable had to be run through the attic, but completed in good time with no fuss.”

Tobin Electrical Contractors installs EV chargers for homes and workplaces in Eastbourne, alongside its wider domestic and commercial electrical work.

🔒 Protecting Local Businesses from Power Failures! ⚡

We were recently contacted by a local business after they suffered a partial phase power outage on their 3-phase property.
Unfortunately, the single-phase drop led to a catastrophic loss of stored produce after their commercial freezers defrosted.
To ensure this never happens again, we were on-site installing robust disaster prevention measures.

What we did:

🛠️ Phase Redundancy: We reconfigured the setup so each critical machine now has an alternative power source tied to a separate phase.
🛡️ Outage Protection: If a single phase goes down in the future, the backup phase is available to ensure the equipment stays running.

Don't wait for a power failure to protect your stock, equipment, and livelihood.

📞 Contact us today to discuss how we can safeguard your commercial property against phase dropouts and electrical emergencies!

We love when a pre-purchase inspection turns into a long-term partnership.

Before our client officially bought this property, they brought us in to conduct a comprehensive pre-purchase inspection to assess the condition of the system.

Once the keys were in hand, they knew exactly who to call to get everything running at peak performance. We recently returned to the property to complete a full system upgrade, ensuring the new owners enjoy maximum efficiency, reliability, and peace of mind for years to come.

Whether you are buying a new property and need an honest evaluation, or you are ready to modernize your existing setup, our team is here to help every step of the way.
