🏡 Asbestos Garage Ceiling Removal in Hastings

Our AIONE Operatives team have been hard at work in Hastings, safely removing a 15m² bonded-cement asbestos ceiling.

🔍 What We Found (And How We Handled It!)
Behind garage ceilings like this, we often encounter layers of dust, roof felt, tiles, rodent droppings—and the real nuisance in this heat… itchy loft insulation!

✅ Our Solution:
Through detailed Method Statements & Risk Assessments, we identified the risks and adapted our approach.

For this job, we:

✔ Boosted air filtration with 4000m³ of negative pressure.

✔ Used 3 heavy-duty airlock flaps to create maximum air turbulence.

✔ Ensured a clean, controlled, and safe removal process

Another job done right—safely and efficiently! 🚀

Super-op Jay had great fun playing in the mud last week, Even though they did not find gold they did find a previous builders dirty little secret.

Construction work sadly ground to a halt for this site costing the council thousands of pounds and a totally unnecessary delay.

Contractors and tradesmen all losing money due to downtime is not what anyone needs in the current harsh economy we live in.

It is your legal responsibility to ensure you hire an dedicated asbestos removal contractor, Unfortunately the builder who says they can is being untruthful.

The training, paperwork and insurances required are only industry specific, Asbestos awareness course does not count.

Unregulated Asbestos removal forces illegal asbestos disposal.
