Removing the existing garage doors, extending the brick returns to 660mm, removing the central pillar and making a new large single opening so our client can fit there vehicle in nicely rather than being a squeeze through a narrower door.

Here we are removing one of the staircases between the ground floor and first floor and creating a new floor area above to create an additional bedroom for the first floor and enabling more commercial space for the unit on the ground floor.

Garage Renovation Pending…

On this one we are knocking down the rear garage wall and rebuilding it on a new strip foundation due to the previous failing and putting a new sloped EDPM roof. Finishing it off with a nice newly rendered finish.

This one is going to be a great example of bringing old back to new 😀
