🐝 Nest removed and queen safely released 🐝

This is the second wasp nest PSB have successfully removed while preserving the queen and releasing her afterwards.

The nest was carefully removed from a customer’s shed and relocated to our property, where the queen was safely released.

At this early stage of the season, this approach is sometimes possible. However, as the season progresses, nests become significantly larger and wasp activity increases, making relocation far more difficult and increasing the risks involved in moving a nest safely.
