Been a busy old week this week!

WASHINGTON SITE

- Brickwork progressed to padstone height.
- 10x Steels delivered to site!
- Bifold lontel set in place ready for site survey.
- Garage floor insulated, drains for W/C amd utility set up, garage floor set.
- Garage walls cut out and removed, and padstones set to carry steels
- Steels set in rear amd side knockthrkughs to garage.
- Stud walls built to form W/C and utility
- Oak Staircase surveyed.

BIRTLEY SITE

- Floor Heights dropped to Block and Beam flooring requirements
- Underground drainage installed and inspected to carry rainwater.
- Trenchblock and brick work laid to Underside of Block and Beam floor height.

WASHINGTON SITE 2

- Boarding completed, and chases bonded to prep for plaster
- All walls and ceilings skimmed
- Cedar Fascias amd spffit delivery on site.
- Begun install of Cedar with this to finish next week.

To say the lads have grafted to bring all of this together this week is an understatement.

Oh and more merch arrive from workwear express too 😎

Another one completed in Pelton, Chester-le-Street 🏡🔨

This extension has completely transformed the back of the house, creating a big open-plan kitchen and living space with loads more natural light.

A few of the main features included:

🔹 Velux roof windows bringing plenty of light into the new extension
🔹 Large bifold doors opening the kitchen straight out into the garden
🔹 Open-plan kitchen supplied by Wren, including a boiling water tap and integrated extraction hob
🔹 Steel beams installed to open the existing space up and create the large open-plan layout
🔹 LVT herringbone flooring throughout
🔹 Full build from start to finish, bringing everything together into one finished space

The difference from the original layout is massive and it’s now a really bright, spacious area that works brilliantly for family life and entertaining.

Today we had Holly Holland from This Little Life Content Creator round to take some pics and video clips of one of our extensions.

We cant wait to see what she comes up with when shes finished processing the images etc but for now heres a quick first look through the lense.

Fresh new kit for the team ready for the weather changing.

We keep pushing forward.

Another extension just about over the line, getting plastered tomorrow then its just waiting for the kitchen delivery.

And another 2x sites still on going.

Both moving well and plans in place to keep them on track for each clients goals for interior decoration etc.

Weve always been one to try and give something back to the community.

This time it was the turn to give back to a Club that supports the kids Football Journey at every opportunity.

Morning,

We are 2x members of staff down on wednesday so im going to be utilising that day to catch up on messages and pricing etc.

If your waiting for something from me and havent heard back over the last couple of days I apologise but site work has had to take priority lately to ensure everything stays on track.

Last week we had my Nephew Logan in on His work experience.

He helped us on this Landscaping project to turn this garden from a tired section of lawn into a 25m² porcelain patio.

Will get finished pics this week as it still covered in a little grout haze after cleaning down on friday.

This is on the back of the property where we are building an extension atm too.

We want to thank Logan for his help and hope he enjoyed his week away from school with the lads gaining some hands on experience.

Looking well tiled in.

Fascias going on today,

1st fix electrics are in

Plumbing will go in when the back wall of the house comes down top open her up.

4 week wait for a kitchen atm so we will hold off on taking the wall down until a little closer to that delivery date to keep dust and cold in the house to a minimum.

Time to make progress on our Washington site now whilst this one has little break.

We've been having a bit radio silence on here over the past couple of weeks due to trying to knuckle down and get things done 💪

1st extension of the year has been a bit of a roller coaster battling the British weather to get things moving but we've made some great progress this week.

Brickwork is up.
Steel on over the the bifold doors
Windows and doors openings created
Steels ordered for the knock through to be completed internally
And the roof is starting to go on.

Will look different again once its tiled in and the 3x Velux windows drop in this week.
