Banks Homes is looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Executive to join our growing team in the Teesside area.

As part of the Banks Group, a family-owned business celebrating 50 years in 2026, you’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping our customers find a home designed for the way they live.

The role will see you:
• Guide customers through every stage of their new home buying journey
• Manage enquiries, appointments and reservations while building strong customer relationships
• Deliver engaging show home viewings and provide expert advice on our homes and developments
• Work closely with our sales, site, legal and financial partners to support a smooth buying experience
• Take ownership of sales targets and help drive the continued growth of Banks Homes
• Maintain the high standards of presentation and customer experience we expect across our developments

We’re looking for someone with strong sales and communication skills, a customer-first approach and the drive to deliver results while providing an outstanding experience from first enquiry through to handing over the keys.
