As the curtain draws on another busy year, James and I would like to wish all our customers, and your families, a very Merry Christmas.

A heartfelt thank you, for your continued custom and hospitality. We are very grateful to you all.

We are also looking forward to some downtime and spending time with our respective families and friends, but remain available for genuine emergencies between now and 31st December, for all existing customers.

Latest before and afters!…

Today, we ‘finally’ completed this refurb.

It’s true what they say, “you can’t win them all”. The project was delayed a number of weeks due to factors outwith our direct control. However, maintaining healthy communication throughout and returning as soon as possible, allowed us to finish this afternoon, with a very satisfied customer.

Their patience and understanding was second to none. ☺️

We love bringing nice designs to life!..

Before & afters, from our latest completion.

Very lucky to have been recommended by a previous customer, to work for this new customer. We hope she will use us again in future, a genuine pleasure to work for.

We are now fully booked for bathrooms through mid Feb 25, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch, if you would like to start planning an upgrade.

We have been remiss in posting updates over the last few months, due to an exceptionally busy period of bathroom and boiler installations.

We’re delighted to share the pics of Mr and Mrs Smiths new bathroom and en-suite refurbs following completion, this am.

They have been model customers, always a friendly welcome into their home, and great hospitality!.. So much so, diet starts today 🥴😄

Pics show the effects of an incorrectly installed flue and our customers newly installed compliant flue!…

A hard day at the office yesterday, for James and I (8am - 10pm), with an important boiler swap for a new customer. Detail and compliance is everything to us, no matter how hard the work is to achieve both.

We were called round to do a health check on the customers boiler, which others had suggested was OK.

Safety is often overlooked by consumers, so long as heating and hot water is present.

In this case, the boiler flue was in a sorry state from a previously non compliant installation. Whilst it presented an inconvenience in terms of ongoing water leaks, it was also on the brink of presenting a significant safety risk in terms of flue failure, which could omit harmful gases into their home!..

Despite receiving the bad news that our customers recently decorated hallway was going to be opened up to re-route the new flue to ensure compliance, our customer just wanted the job done right, thankfully.

Please don’t ignore such signs with your own boiler and give us a call, if you would like a thorough health check or a fully compliant and safe install. Cheapest isn’t always the best when it comes to ensuring safety in your own home.

Out with the (very) old and in with the new!

Old Baxi back boiler and hot water cylinder fully decommissioned, system altered and new Worcester 4000 combi installed and commissioned in accordance with regulations and manufacturers instructions.

Another valued repeat customer who looked after us well. Their gratitude on completion made all the effort well worth it.. 😊

Keeping our fingers crossed for an easy Friday, ahead of the weekend. 😉

Been a busy few weeks since our last update on current job(s) at our customers development.

Other than a toilet, which we had to reject due to an imperfection in the porcelain, we are all but done with our part.

The final pictures will be shared, once the other trades have finished their second fixes.

After a few days break in a sunnier climate, it will then be time to conquer their last en-suite.

We have done our level best to take care of every detail for a customer who has done exactly that, throughout their entire project!

Their finished home with be a sight to behold 😍🤌🏼👍🏼
