Hello, it's been a while. 2026 has been met with plenty of viruses and various illnesses, so not much has been done on the making side of things. One project I've had is a cushion for my daughter. Rainbow and hearts were the prompt. I think I've covered that!

My stock is selling really well at as well as the new additions of greetings cards with photos of my embroideries on them. Go check them out.

New stock will be added soon, hopefully.

My website is having technical problems that I'm trying to sort out. It's really the best place to see my past embroideries, so take a look once it's fixed!

October brings the where I'll have one of my embroideries (plus 2 soft pastels from my hat) on show and for sale.

It also means I'll be preparing for my November Embroidery Class at Dukes, where there are still spaces. Just had to www.dukesofwestbarns.com for more info.

I am now also free to start making more stock for the shop at Dukes. These 4 lovely frames from will be filled with butterfly wings soon, hopefully.

I may even find time to start making Christmas presents for family as every other year I've been prepping for Christmas markets. Not this year though. I'm trying to stick to my rule of a no market year to free time for family and other adventures.

So here are some lessons learned. Firstly pay attention when ordered fabric on line. Secondly do not use polyester cotton mix to transfer photos on to. And thirdly stop trying to do so much as something will end up coming apart and you will look like a right dunderhead.
