Here we have a fantastic set of before and after pictures from a newly designed livingroom that comes from a previous social housing 4 in a block flat.
This client approached me as she didnt know what could be done with the chimney block but would have liked some form of media wall, we discussed different options and settled on a design.
The day of me starting with prep work and measuring i then discussed other designs which would have given a different finish, which the client was happy to go with.

The finished product is this magnificent character filled living room with cladded ceiling beams adding a fantastic aged character look alongside a sleak modern designed media wall with touch control LED lighting and an ambient TV and fire.

What a stunning finish

So the uptake in AI has been a massive help to some of my recent clients. This gives you an idea of what your space can look like exactly how you want it.
The challenge for us is then replicating these images Into real life with the spaces provided , as you can imagine these spaces arent level or square but we aim to make the finish as close to the original as possible.
This recent client came to me with some ideas then after a few discussions they came up with these plans.
The final product not being very far away from the AI drawings at all.
