GIANT STONE RETAINING WALL REBUILD🗿⚒️
We were asked to rebuild this old, leaning retaining wall, which had started to become unsafe and was at risk of collapsing.
With the customer planning an extension to their home, the wall needed to be completely rebuilt and properly reinforced. The challenge was to create a strong, long-lasting structure without the need for visible columns, while keeping the traditional stonework in character with the surrounding area.
This project took place in the beautiful Peak District village of Grindleford and took just over three weeks to complete from start to finish.
A lot of hard work went into this one, but we’re really pleased with the finished result.
