Been quiet on here.... between holidays , catching up and an extremely busy office.

Today we have two extensions and renovations up for approval....these are much needed for local builders....due to rising costs and timescales to get to the onsite stage it is having a detrimental effect on not only work for them but also our local economy!

Sunny day site visit...this superbly finished one off dwelling and garage is nearing completion....an absolute credit to the builder....watch this space for more internal photos as it progresses.
This design was based on old foundations for a bungalow, poured in the early 1990s....obtained planning and designed the house around them.

Going on the market soon too!!
