Landlord or selling your house?

It’s becoming law that properties should have had an EICR carried out, failing to do so could result in your house insurance becoming null and void, which has personally happened to a client of ours recently 🤯

Compliance deadlines:
•
new private tenancies granted on or after 1 April 2025. 
•
For existing tenancies (granted before 1 April 2025): must comply by 1 December 2025 or by the date of the first inspection/test whichever is earlier.

Wee have been swamped by estate agents scramming to get their properties tested, don’t be last minute 😂 wee have a small window available to test a few more before Christmas feel free to contact us and get booked in
