Bathroom freshen up.
•Tiled in Moss green either brick effect
•Brushed steel Taps, shower, and Trims

•Ceiling skimmed and 4 spots and extractor fan added
•Created cupboards with removable shelving for possible storage and accessibility to the boiler.
•Painted in skimmed pebble
☆Customer had a few constant leaks.
We found damaged and missing flooring, an ice cream tub under a bottle trap and a few tea towels under the floor boards catching these leaks.
•New flooring and the correct pipework fitted.
• Got rid of the push fit 90° parade
Reduced the amount of 90° bends where ever possible to improve water flow the speed up bath filling time and improved shower performance.

Outside tap added to the other end of the house.
Bended where ever possible to save as much water flow and pressure, less chance of a leak and didn't have to go buy more fittings😁
Tough spot to choose.
Working around boxed radiator pipes and full under window upvc. Fence post at the other side.

Customer had a leak everytime they used the shower.
Investigation shown, tray dipped under load and was very loose. Broken seals and waste not connected.
Was also told they couldn't have a low access shower.
This was a lazy plumber that didn't want to move the pipework. And didn't secure the tray correctly.

New more solid stone resin tray fitted at low level.
Tidied up the pipework in copper.
Re-fitted original electric shower as well as mixer shower. Customer wanted both incase boiler failed.
Tiled.
Simple, low maintenance easy cleaning and easy access and longevity 😊

Damp patches on the opposite wall. (Kitchen)
Investigation lead to the waste pipe leaking, cracked tiles and bad seal around the shower tray.
Changed the waste pipe for now. Till the new shower enclosure arrived.
Advised on hinged door and slightly larger tray to make the best of the space. Get rid of the rollers.
Re used the tiles from the tiled bath panel.(when the wall dried enough)
