The phone call you see vs the full operation happening behind it 💪🏽👸🏼

Bookings, quotes, mixes, quantities, timings, drivers, pumps, customers, invoices, last-minute changes… and somehow making sure the concrete ends up exactly where it needs to be, when it needs to be 🚛😂

Running the day-to-day of a concrete company means the phone doesn’t really care whether I’m in the office, in the yard, out shopping or trying to have a day off 💄📞

It might look like I’m “just answering the phone”… but there’s usually a full day of concrete being organised at the other end of it. 😂
