Been busy, busy, busy and only half way through my bookings! 🤔📈🗓
Focus has changed to interiors recently. So glad it hasn't been in the heat waves, but still hot enough when your whipping the brush about.🌞😎
Here's some of the finished projects in the last few weeks.

Having refreshed the exterior last year and a full redecoration of her hall landing and stairs two years ago, this year is the redecoration the lounge/diner. Once the furniture is back in and the rooms dressed again it will look stunning.

What a setting, a real 'chocolate box house'.
Working on this project was a real treat.

Brief; To paint the windows, doors and conservatory with high quality long lasting solvent based products. Repair all rot and treat rusty hinges and fixings. All were in desperate need of work as they had all been painted with a cheap water based product.

Now looks incredible and will last for years to come.

Products used.
Rust converter
Zinseer BIN, Zinseer 123.
White windows to rear, which takes all the weather, had Weathersield undercoat. Then all windows, front and rear, had two top coats of Dulux Ultimate Opaque. Sills in Sandtex Xtreme Xposure. (Colour matched)
Conservatory and doors had a coat of Little Greene intelligent undercoat(colour matched), and two top coats of Little Greene Tom's oil.
Bomb proofed.

Sad to leave, but now onto the next project.

Looks like Nutmeg White is the new in colour. 2nd job in a row transformed from Cornish Cream to Nutmeg White.

The remit on this project was to clean all the soffits and fascias, repair cracked render and apply the one and only, long lasting Xtreme Xposure. Remove rust from garage door and apply Bedec MSP satin. Make repairs to GRP porch and apply Bedec MSP satin.

This 20yr old home now looks like a new build.

Just spent a few weeks working on this lovely bungalow, set in its own acre of beautiful landscaped gardens in the picturesque Devon countryside.
The exterior decor of this property was in a very poor state. Render failing, sills cracked and peeling, mould and algae covering the once Cornish Cream coloured finish. Timbers were rotten and paint peeling.
A lot of work has gone into repairing and revitalising the exterior finish. Now in Xtreme Xposure Nutmeg White, with the customers trademark Oxford Blue sills in Superdec satin.
Both the customer and myself are really pleased with how it all turned out.
Now onto the next project.

Just completed the first exterior of the year.
Walls repaired and coated with white Xtreme Xposure. Fascias, soffits and stucco timbers were repaired and coated with Superdec Opaque. All painted guttering and downpipes were removed and replaced with new.
