🏠 Helping us carry out a thorough property survey. 🏠

To complete a survey as accurately and efficiently as possible, there are a few things that can make a real difference before the inspection takes place.

Issues such as no electric power, inadequate lighting, locked access points, isolated services, limited parking and cluttered spaces can all make the process more difficult and restrict what can be checked on the day.

Where possible, making sure the property is accessible, well lit and cleared as far as reasonably practical helps us carry out a more complete inspection and provide the best possible service.
