After carrying out an oil boiler service 🔥 at a property in Bawdeswell near Dereham, we found the unvented hot water cylinder wasn’t piped up correctly ⚠🚫.

To bring everything back in line with the manufacturer’s instructions 📝, we completed a full re‑pipe, including:

🛠️*D1 & *D2 discharge alterations
👍Corrected hot and cold supplies
✅Ensuring all safety components were installed and routed properly

The cylinder is now compliant, safe, and operating exactly as it should 💧✨

*Both must be installed exactly to manufacturer instructions and G3 regulations:
D1 = the first safety pipe from the cylinder
D2 = the continuation pipe to outside
