RETRO LOOKBACK

Take a look at a project we carried out in Mackworth a couple of years ago.

The works consisted of a single storey front extension to create a larger porch area as well as a much needed dining room for the family.

The render was a great match to the existing house and the glazed gable is a stand out feature for the property.

A good one for our portfolio!

Week two completed on our porch and toilet extension in Melbourne.

Once the toilet has been fitted out, the scaffolding will be erected for the rendering of the whole house.

The client is having the work done to complete her forever home.

Will be a great one once completed!

It’s the end of the working day on a Friday. The gates are locked, the heras fencing is in place, the sites are tidy, our team are off to spend time with their families or chilling somewhere early doors.

More importantly, our clients are one week closer to their new dream space.

Welcome to Riverside Court

Riverside Court is our shared supported accommodation home for young people aged 16–18.

It’s a small home where young people have their own bedroom, share the everyday spaces and have staff around to support them. Oasis Care UK Group

Much of life here looks pretty ordinary, cooking, shopping, getting out, sorting the washing, spending time together and getting on with the week.

Alongside that everyday support, the team works with young people who may be dealing with much more, including disrupted education, mental health needs, family difficulties, homelessness or settling into life in the UK. Oasis Care UK Group

Further progress has been made on the kitchen on our project in Allestree.

It is really starting to take shape now. The client has once again expressed her delight at the work so far. The drawer within a drawer is also a new one for our joiner. A great bit of design from Howdens

In addition, the small door to the loft area has been raised in height and a rooflight has been installed ready for the office area she is looking to have in there.

Not long to go now until we hand over this project!

RETRO LOOKBACK

Here is a retro look at a project we completed in Turnditch nine years ago.

The works consisted of a single storey rear extension with a lean-to extension to the side. The main extension had a high quality oak frame system in which the glazing was specially fitted into.

We also carried out the landscaping scheme including paving, steps and soft landscaping for planting.

We think it looks great and hope you do too.
