If you’ve ever wanted to know what happens on a real Level 2 property survey… read on 📁
Our RICS surveyor Callum carried out a property survey on a 1900s end terrace house that had a loft conversion and a cellar. It was used as an HMO (a house of multiple occupants), so there was a lot more to look at than a typical terrace.
This particular property was tricky, it was a larger property with a big plot of land and four outbuildings!
This one took Callum a lot longer to make sure nothing was missed and all the information was collected, ready to turn into the report for our client.
It’s a good reminder that a survey isn’t just a quick thing to get done. It’s about how many spaces there are, any conversions, and extras to check, so you get the full picture before you make your next decision.
Properties like this don’t come up every day but when they do, they always challenge us to look at more spaces and capture all the information we need for our clients.
No two properties are the same, and that’s why we love to provide a well rounded service no matter what level of survey is needed. Message us your postcode and we’ll advise along with a no-obligation quote.
