New build roof installation completed over the past few weeks for a client of ours in Kemsing Sevenoaks Kent. Roof was installed with a flat Russel tile, new breathable felt membrane/ treatment 2x1 timber battens. New 450mm code 5 lead valleys and 3x layer torch on felt system to the box guttering area and new lead work to around the chimney ✅✅✅✅✅

A leaking low pitched felt roof we removed and replaced recently for a returning customer of ours in Swanley. The existing flat roof was of a low pitch so rather than go again with torch on felt we replaced it with the low pitch Tapco slates in Plum colour to replicate the lovely Welsh slates ✅✅✅✅✅ the transformation was something else 🔨🔨🔨🔨🔨
We removed the existing skylights to avoid any future problems and slated the complete roof along with black fascia boards/ guttering and new dry verge system.

A replacement clay plain tile roof we replaced for a customer in New Barn recently. New breathable felt and treated timber battens installed, new Acme smooth red clay plain tiles with traditional tile undercloak and cement verges/ ridge tiles to as existing. Some timber work replaced as the previous leaking roof rotted a few areas ✅✅✅✅✅
