🚧 Roof Coating Works Complete | Manchester

We finally got the break in the weather we needed to complete the first phase of our latest roof refurbishment project in Manchester.

The works included:
▪️ Full high-pressure cleaning and preparation
▪️ Removal of all failed and delaminating existing coatings
▪️ Mechanical abrasion and feathering back to a firm edge
▪️ Treatment of cut-edge corrosion
▪️ Treatment and replacement of loose/failed fixings
▪️ Installation of new sheets over previously failed repair areas
▪️ Full masking and protection of rooflights and Poppy Red fixing details
▪️ Application of the Drisilane Recoat 25-year specification

Preparation is everything when it comes to achieving a long-lasting roof coating system, and our team delivered this one to the standard we expect.

🚧 PROJECT COMPLETE | BIRMINGHAM
Another commercial refurbishment successfully completed by the Smart Spray Solutions team in Birmingham.
This project involved a full internal and external spray refurbishment, transforming the appearance of the building and giving both the exterior and warehouse space a completely refreshed finish.
Works included:
Full external cladding respray in contrasting colours
Window and door respraying to complement the new external finish
Internal steelwork colour change to RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey
Full internal wall and blockwork spraying
Extensive preparation throughout to achieve a clean, consistent finish

Our latest works in Ellesmere Port involved the specialist repair of damaged Kingspan QuadCore Micro-Rib external panels along with internal liner panels, restoring the building envelope without the need for costly panel replacement.
Our team carried out the repairs with precision, ensuring the finished result blended seamlessly with the existing façade while minimising disruption to our client's operations.

Another successful refurbishment completed by the team at Smart Spray Solutions Ltd.
This project involved a full respray of the building's aluminium elements, including:
✔️ Internal & external aluminium window frames
✔️ Fire doors
✔️ Fascias & soffits
✔️ Plus a range of additional architectural features throughout the property
Using the Selimix Direct coating system, we transformed the building with a modern colour scheme of RAL 7016 (Anthracite Grey), RAL 7038 (Agate Grey) and RAL 9016 (Traffic White), giving the property a fresh, contemporary finish and a whole new lease of life.
Our team carried out meticulous preparation before applying the coating system to ensure a durable, high-quality finish that will continue to perform for years to come.

🚧Another quality project handed over successfully after completing full internal decoration and spraying works, together with a full external spraying package using contrasting colours to give the building a completely fresh new look.
