Had to proof the bottom of a door. Been chasing the key for some time. Nobody knows which key, or where the keys are. Pretty much, it's lost. Rats are coming and going.

We’re getting frequent reports: new tenants arrive and soon report bites — bedbugs are spreading fast.

They hide unseen after tenants leave & emerge when new people move in.

Our advice — NON-NEGOTIABLE:
Between every tenancy — after the old tenant is out, before the new one moves in — get a professional pest control inspection.

- Catches hidden signs you’ll miss

- Stops infestations before they grow

- Far cheaper than fixing a full outbreak

- Protects you & your tenants

Don’t rely on DIY — bedbugs survive shop-bought treatments.

Second visit to a property that had a bedbug problem. Plenty of dead bugs lying about.
