A thoughtful extension, beautifully delivered 🏡✨

This completed first-floor side extension at Melrose Avenue, Burtonwood (Warrington) has transformed the home from a three-bedroom property into a spacious four-bedroom family home, all while retaining the existing garage and respecting local planning requirements.

The project created a generous new master bedroom to the front, with an ensuite to the rear and a walk-in wardrobe formed from the former box room. Careful design ensured the extension was set back from the front elevation, with a stepped ridgeline to comply with Warrington planning policies, and finished with black windows and matching brickwork to blend seamlessly with the original property.
