👋 Hi everyone, I thought it was about time I introduced myself.
I studied Building Surveying and Construction Management at the University of Reading back in 2007, and since then I’ve been lucky enough to build a career doing something I genuinely enjoy. Over the last 15 years, I’ve worked across architecture, planning, construction detailing, project management, party wall surveying, and even developed a number of my own residential projects.
During that time, I’ve been fortunate to work on hundreds of projects across South Hertfordshire and North London. No two projects are ever the same, which is one of the things I love most about this industry. I’ve worked on everything from small family home extensions and renovations to luxury multi-million-pound new builds, flat conversions, basement projects, rooftop developments, hotel conversions and high-end HMOs.
I created this page to share some of the projects I’m fortunate enough to be involved with, showing the journey from start to finish, the challenges along the way, and hopefully providing some useful insights into the world of property, architecture and construction.
Outside of work, my favourite role is being a husband and dad to my two daughters. As a family, we love exploring new places and trying different foods whenever we get the chance.
I’m also lucky enough to work on projects in Cyprus, which offers a completely different and exciting perspective on architecture and construction.
