Planning Permission Granted – We’re pleased to share approval for two new agricultural units across two sites in Norfolk for G’s Fresh, providing much-needed space for a workshop, fertiliser store, seed storage, and secure farm equipment.

The proposals involve the demolition of existing structures and their replacement with purpose-built units, representing a positive step forward for G’s Fresh. We have thoroughly enjoyed working on both projects.

Our final set of CGI’s for our recently submitted rear extension to a Grade II listed cottage.

It’s crazy how far CGI images have advanced with the help of AI, and utilising this to convert our 3D BIM models and designs into photorealistic images has been a game changer, especially when showcasing the finer details at early design stages.

Our next set of CGI’s for our recently submitted rear extension to a Grade II listed cottage. The extension is set away from the existing building with a continuous ribbon of glass at roof level. This acts as a separation between the old and the new, whilst also creating a functional way of ensuring the existing thatch remains unaffected by the proposal. A hidden lead gutter runs alongside the existing building to carry rainwater to a hopper on each exterior facade.

Aluminium pivot doors and sliding doors will provide new access to a landscaped garden, sunken into the landscape.
