Wear Purple Week | Supporting Mental Health in Construction
This week, we’re proud to support Wear Purple Week in partnership with The Lighthouse Charity, raising awareness and vital funds to support the emotional, physical and financial wellbeing of construction workers and their families.
The construction industry can be incredibly rewarding, but it also comes with unique pressures and challenges. That’s why initiatives like Wear Purple Week are so important. They encourage conversations around mental health, reduce stigma, and remind those working in our industry that support is always available.
At LMB Group, we believe that looking after our people is just as important as the work we deliver. Behind every project is a team of dedicated individuals, and creating an environment where everyone feels supported matters to us.
By wearing purple this week, we’re standing together to help shine a light on mental health within construction and support the incredible work that The Lighthouse Charity does every day.

💜 Because no one in construction should ever feel like they’re facing things alone.
