A well-designed bedroom considers how you use the whole space, from getting ready in the morning to winding down at night.

In this project, the bedroom was complemented by a walk-in wardrobe, giving clothing and storage their own dedicated space and keeping the main room clear.

Natural light, warm bedside lighting and soft textures create a calm feel, with room to move comfortably around the furniture.

It’s this thinking behind the layout that makes a bedroom work as well as it looks.

Good bathroom design starts long before the tiles are chosen.

Layout, storage, lighting and everyday maintenance all need consideration from the outset. Each decision shapes how the room feels and how well it works.

Here, the bath and overhead shower make good use of the space, while the floating vanity provides storage and leaves more floor visible. Warm tones and black fittings bring the finish together.

From redevelopment to results.

Palm Court Hotel and Suites has been one of those projects that brings together so much of what we do at BWC.

We’ve been involved from the transformation and project management of the property through to developing the hospitality offering, building the brand and delivering the marketing and PR.

Now, after its first full summer, Palm Court has bookings secured into 2027, growing press coverage and a Bronze Award for Best Renovation or Transformation in the Travel Chapter Showcase Awards 2026.

Even better, the project has helped BWC expand our work onto the Isle of Wight.

Would you move into this house?

Most people saw an old bungalow. We saw the potential.

A great plot and location gave us the opportunity to completely rethink the property.

Internal walls were removed and the layout redesigned. Three small extensions were added, part of the garage became a new family room, the kitchen and principal bedroom were enlarged, and an ensuite and additional WC were created.

The transformation also included a new garden studio, new electrics, plumbing and flooring, a media wall, triple glazing, underfloor heating and complete landscaping — while retaining three bedrooms and garage space.

And the numbers mattered too. Costs were carefully controlled and, when it sold, the property achieved more than the average house price on the road at the time — despite still being the smallest house on the road.

It’s not always about building bigger. Sometimes it’s about seeing the potential and making the right changes to unlock it.

Same address. Completely different home.
