🌿 COMPLETE LOW-MAINTENANCE GARDEN TRANSFORMATION 🌿

Now THIS is what we call a garden transformation with the WOW factor! 🔥

We’ve completely transformed this garden into a modern, stylish and seriously low-maintenance outdoor space — creating an area that looks fantastic and is built to be enjoyed for years to come.

For this project we installed:

▪️ 40m² of Grey Indian Stone paving, creating a beautiful and practical entertaining area
▪️ 38mm Cape Caberet artificial grass, giving the garden a lush green finish all year round 🌱
▪️ Removed approximately 11m of existing bushes, opening the garden right up
▪️ Installed 7 new bays of fencing
▪️ Built an L-shaped sleeper planter to add structure and definition
▪️ Installed ACO drainage for effective surface water management
▪️ Recessed manhole covers, neatly incorporated into the new paving
▪️ Finished with clean lines and quality detailing throughout

The result is a complete low-maintenance garden transformation that combines practicality with a really impressive finish.

We’ve once again had the pleasure of working alongside KD Build, who are still working hard on the extension at the property. It’s great to work alongside quality local trades and see the whole project coming together.

And this is what the garden looks like now… 🤩

A tired and overgrown garden transformed into a modern, low-maintenance outdoor space with the WOW factor.

Great to see this video from NCC Streetscape showcasing their 2-part epoxy resin system, with Team A J involved in the project. 👌

We used the NCC Streetscape 2-part resin to repoint this patio, giving the finished paving a clean, strong and long-lasting joint.

It’s always great working alongside manufacturers who take the time to demonstrate their products properly and help us achieve the highest standards for our customers.

Even better, NCC NCC Streetscape Limiteducts are now available through our local supplier, ChesCheshire Landscaping Supplies Ltdng it even easier for us to get hold of the products we use and trust on our projects. 💪

A great product, a great local supplier and a quality finish. 👌

It was a pleasure to be part of this fantastic extension project for our mate, working alongside him to complete the landscaping and lay the porcelain patio in the garden. The porcelain has really finished the space off beautifully, creating a clean, modern and practical outdoor area that ties in perfectly with the new extension. 👌

A great project to be involved with, and as always, we’ve taken pride in making sure everything is finished to the highest standard. Another cracking transformation! 🔥

🔥 RECENT INDIAN STONE PROJECT – CREWE 🔥

Another project completed by Team A J in Crewe, and this one has certainly added some wow factor! 👌

We created a stunning two-tier Indian stone patio, breaking up the levels with charcoal K-L kerbs to create a strong contrast and really make the different areas stand out.

🧱 Built for longevity

With the ground conditions in this area being predominantly clay, we’re continually looking at ways to make our installations even stronger and more durable.

For this project, we incorporated a reinforcement mesh system beneath the sub-base, along with reinforcement within the mortar mix. This gives the patio additional stability and helps us achieve the high-quality finish and longevity we aim for on every project.

As always, we’ve used quality materials and followed the correct preparation and installation methods to ensure this patio not only looks fantastic but is built to last.

A massive thank you to our customers for putting their trust in A J Landscaping & Building. 🙌

🚧 ANOTHER DRIVEWAY COMPLETED BY AJ LANDSCAPING & BUILDING 🚧

Just one of the many different driveways we have the pleasure of completing! 👌

This 35m² block-paved driveway was completed for KD Build , a good friend of ours and a company we work closely with.

For this project, we used a charcoal block-paved edging, with granite blocks through the centre, creating a really smart contrast and giving the driveway a high-end finish. 👌

We also created a new step out from the property, incorporating drainage around the house to ensure the finished levels and drainage comply with current regulations.

🔨 Ground preparation included:
• Excavated to approximately 300mm
• Geotextile membrane installed
• Structural mesh system
• Compacted layers of Type 1 MOT
• Screeded laying bed
• Block paving laid and finished to the required levels

We also used Titan Poly Sweep, a resin-based jointing sand that helps lock the blocks firmly into place. Once activated by rain, it cures to provide a strong, durable joint, helping to reduce w**d growth and keep the block paving firmly locked together.

Another driveway completed to our usual high standards. 💪

A big thank you to KD Build for choosing us to carry out the work — always a pleasure working alongside you!

🚨 ANOTHER PROJECT COMPLETED — WAGERTON, NANTWICH 🚨

We know we’ve been a little quiet on social media lately… but there’s a very good reason! We’ve been absolutely flat out keeping our customers’ projects moving. 💪🏼

Here’s a look back at a 120m² porcelain paving project we completed back in May at this beautiful property in Wagerton, Nantwich. 🏡

As always, the job was completed to the highest possible standard, with attention to every detail throughout.

🔹 120m² premium porcelain paving
🔹 7 recessed manholes seamlessly incorporated into the patio
🔹 Finished with Ash Black granite cobble edging
🔹 New Stientec grout system used — which proved to be an absolute game changer, particularly during the dry weather!
🔹 All preparation and installation carried out to our usual high standards

We’re extremely proud of the finished result and think this porcelain patio has completely transformed the outdoor space. 👌🏼

Thanks to Cheshire Landscaping Supplies Ltd for the materials

A massive thank you to all our customers, followers and supporters for your continued support — it really does mean a lot to us. ❤️

📅 Our diary is now FULL for 2026!

We are now taking bookings for 2027, so if you’re thinking about transforming your garden or driveway next year, get in touch early to secure your space.
