🚧 ANOTHER DRIVEWAY COMPLETED BY AJ LANDSCAPING & BUILDING 🚧

Just one of the many different driveways we have the pleasure of completing! 👌

This 35m² block-paved driveway was completed for KD Build , a good friend of ours and a company we work closely with.

For this project, we used a charcoal block-paved edging, with granite blocks through the centre, creating a really smart contrast and giving the driveway a high-end finish. 👌

We also created a new step out from the property, incorporating drainage around the house to ensure the finished levels and drainage comply with current regulations.

🔨 Ground preparation included:
• Excavated to approximately 300mm
• Geotextile membrane installed
• Structural mesh system
• Compacted layers of Type 1 MOT
• Screeded laying bed
• Block paving laid and finished to the required levels

We also used Titan Poly Sweep, a resin-based jointing sand that helps lock the blocks firmly into place. Once activated by rain, it cures to provide a strong, durable joint, helping to reduce w**d growth and keep the block paving firmly locked together.

Another driveway completed to our usual high standards. 💪

🚨 ANOTHER PROJECT COMPLETED — WAGERTON, NANTWICH 🚨

We know we’ve been a little quiet on social media lately… but there’s a very good reason! We’ve been absolutely flat out keeping our customers’ projects moving. 💪🏼

Here’s a look back at a 120m² porcelain paving project we completed back in May at this beautiful property in Wagerton, Nantwich. 🏡

As always, the job was completed to the highest possible standard, with attention to every detail throughout.

🔹 120m² premium porcelain paving
🔹 7 recessed manholes seamlessly incorporated into the patio
🔹 Finished with Ash Black granite cobble edging
🔹 New Stientec grout system used — which proved to be an absolute game changer, particularly during the dry weather!
🔹 All preparation and installation carried out to our usual high standards

We’re extremely proud of the finished result and think this porcelain patio has completely transformed the outdoor space. 👌🏼

🚧 Sorry we’ve been a little quiet on social media lately… 🚧

The truth is, we’ve been incredibly busy doing what we love most – transforming gardens! 💪🌿

Our latest project is now complete, featuring 60m² of beautiful grey Indian stone paving, finished with a charcoal soldier course edging around the perimeter and complemented by a freshly laid lawn to complete the transformation. 🌱

As always, every stage of the installation was carried out to the highest standard, with the patio professionally pointed using GFTK 850 Natural two-part epoxy resin to ensure a durable, long-lasting finish.

A huge thank you to Nic and Dave for trusting us with your project. It was an absolute pleasure working for you both, and thanks for keeping us well hydrated during the scorching weather! 🥵🍻

Another stunning transformation completed by AJ Landscaping & Building 🔥

We’ve created a sleek and modern outdoor space, featuring a two-step rise up to the rear driveway using premium Kandla Grey porcelain paving. All steps have been built properly on solid footings, with blockwork used to form the structure — ensuring long-lasting strength as well as a flawless finish. Every corner has been cut at precise 45° angles to really deliver that clean, high-end “wow factor.”

The main patio continues the same Kandla Grey porcelain, finished with a sharp anthracite edging — again all tied together with 45° detailing for a seamless look. We’ve also installed threshold ACO drain channels to ensure both style and practicality.

To finish things off, the whole area has been pointed with anthracite grey grout, giving it that crisp, contemporary finish.

The raised planter (built by the client) has been professionally clad in cloudy grey cladding, topped with an anthracite porcelain plank to perfectly match the rest of the design.

Another happy returning customer 🙌

We previously completed landscaping work for this property, and it was great to be invited back to carry out the next stage of improvements.

This time, we removed the existing fencing and installed a brand-new feather edge fence, complete with a sturdy kicker board and finished with a clean capping detail for that extra durability and polished look.

A strong, long-lasting solution that not only improves privacy but also enhances the overall finish of the garden 👌

This one was a special project for us ❤️

We had the pleasure of completing this garden for my parents, who have been incredibly patient while we brought everything together — and we couldn’t be happier with the end result.

The project included:
• 30sqm of Kandla Grey porcelain (600x900)
• Ash granite edgings (200x100)
• A curved pathway finished with Black Ice gravel and stepping stones leading to a circular fire pit area 🔥
• A bespoke curved sleeper feature to really create that “wow” factor
• Finished off with anthracite grey grout for a clean, modern look
