The customer advised that the previous engineer attended for only 10 mins to carry out a boiler service. However, we didn’t do anything out of the ordinary …

Here’s what we carried out:

1. A visual inspection
2. Strip down and clean out of the heat exchanger
3. Replaced electrodes
4. Cleaned condense trap and filter
5. Test FSD
6. Carry out combustion analysis
7. Gas Rate and Check inlet WP
8. Test heating and hot water
9. Tidy the working area
10. Fill out service paperwork

And even managed to enjoy a cuppa ☕️
