What a transformation 😍

After a long term tenancy this property was well overdue a makeover that's exactly what it got!🛠️

From ripping out the rockery and the fireplace hood. Blocking up the fireplace and taking out the shelving.

Adding a stylish warm oak herringbone Luxuary vinyl floor.

And a full redecoration throughout

New carpets for the upstairs, creating some more space in the box room by removing the boxing that covers the stairs.

Fresh grouting and a refresh of paint in the bathroom.

There was a lot of work that took place on Theo's project and we worked tirelessly to get it ready for someone new to call it their home 🏡
