At this home in Staplehurst, our client brought a bold, colourful vision to the table, and our design team worked closely with her to bring it to life while building in the accessibility her family needed.

The result: Striking Ca’Pietra tiles, Samuel Heath brushed gold brassware and a room that is unmistakably hers.

Salacia worked with to design, specify and supply the bathrooms across all six five-bedroom homes at this boutique development. Combining our own sanitaryware with brassware and furniture, furniture, bathing, showering, and bespoke oak joinery from our Rye joinery.

The Senary, Edenbridge. Six homes. One beautifully considered specification.

Salacia was appointed by Silver Homes Homes to design, specify and supply all ensuite, cloakroom and family bathrooms across this boutique development of six five-bedroom homes, bringing together Salacia sanitaryware, VADO brassware and furniture Armera furniture, KALDEWEI bathing and Claygate Distribution Limited showering.

The brief called for an elevated finish throughout, with a consistent standard of quality carried across all plots, while still allowing each home its own distinct design finish.

Our Orchard House project, created with interior designer brings together beautiful design and clever technical thinking.

At the heart of the master bathroom is a bespoke freestanding bath. But accommodating its substantial water volume without compromising the clean lines of the room presented a challenge.

Our solution was a discreet engineered drainage system beneath the continuous floor grill, creating two independent wet-room zones and allowing the bath to drain directly into the floor.

The result is a beautifully considered space where the technical complexity is almost completely invisible.

Because sometimes, the best design is the detail you never notice.

Inspired by the coast. Designed for modern living.

For this project, design inspiration came from the location’s Victorian seaside heritage. The striking striped tiling draws inspiration from the iconic Victorian bathing suits once seen along Westgate’s shoreline, creating a subtle connection between the homes and their seaside setting.

Working alongside Grifo Development and Ademchic we helped bring five beautifully considered homes to life, creating bathrooms that balance heritage, craftsmanship and modern living.

From brushed brass brassware and wall-hung sanitaryware to warm stone surfaces and rich herringbone flooring, every detail has been carefully selected to create spaces that feel calm, characterful and enduring.
