Some more finished photo’s of another room at Clarke Cottage.

Bathroom ceiling was ames taped and primed, Cancun colour drench applied to ceilings, walls and woodwork.

Panelling and desk was primed with Zinsser BIN and finished in Farrow and Ball Selvedge mixed in to Valspar.

Livingroom & W/C we finished recently.

Living room ceiling had a few tapes come loose, so all ripped out and fixed. Walls all filled and sanded, same with the woodwork.
Walls finished in Cancun Goodhome Tough and Durable.

Ceiling and walls filled in the W/C
Walls finished in Princeton Goodhome Tough and Durable
All woodwork undercoated and finished in satin using the Johnstones Aquaguard system.

Diary is open for middle of August if anybody’s looking to get any interior or exterior work done before the summer ends get in touch 😃

Some before, during and after photo’s of a hallway completed.

Ceilings finished in Johnstones Covaplus Brilliant White

Walls all sanded filled and finished in Dulux Silk - Egyptian Cotton.

Woodwork was in need of some TLC. All sanded back filled and primed in Johnstones Aquaguard primer and undercoat and finished in Aquaguard Satin.

The first four rooms at Clarke Cottage in Halbeath complete, only managed to get photo’s of this room. A few late nights were needed to get everything finished, but the transformation has made a huge difference from how they originally looked.

Hall, stairs and landing finished.

Loads of prep on this one, had a wall start bubbling due to no mist coat so scraped it all off and sealed it with Zinsser Gardz. Lots of cracks raked out and fixed, imperfections in walls all filled and sanded back smooth.

Ceilings finished in Crown Obliterating Matt
Walls finished in Goodhome Tough & Durable
Woodwork finished in Johnstones Aquaguard Primer and Satin.
