Great to see works progressing on this 6-bedroom HMO project in Bournemouth.

Following a review of the existing proposals, KRA developed a series of design amendments and coordinated the M&E layout, with a focus on improving functionality and making better use of the available space.

🏡 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 | 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐥𝐞𝐲 𝐋𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧

KRA are excited to see work commence on this loft dormer conversion in Bromley, following the successful approval of a Lawful Development Certificate.

The project will transform the existing roof space into a spacious new master bedroom with an en-suite and dressing area, including a walk-in wardrobe.

The design has been carefully developed to remain in keeping with the existing property, while introducing a Juliet balcony overlooking the garden to maximise natural light and views.

We look forward to sharing progress as the build continues.

Construction is officially underway on another KRA residential extension. After months of design, planning and technical coordination, it is exciting to see work commence on site.

A standout feature of this project will be the contemporary corner window, designed to maximise natural light, frame views of the garden and create a striking architectural focal point.

We look forward to sharing the progress as the build takes shape and to seeing the completed transformation later in 2026.

The modern monopitch zinc roof creates a striking contemporary finish, complemented by the newly installed black windows and doors throughout the property. With cladding now being fitted, the transformation is really beginning to come together.

Single-storey extension with internal ground floor reconfiguration approved.

A contemporary design combining both apex and flat roof forms, with carefully selected materials to complement the existing property. Anthracite bifold doors and a striking roof lantern bring a modern touch while flooding the new open-plan kitchen, dining and snug space with natural light.

KRA are excited to progress with the technical design stage and look forward to seeing this project come to life on site.

KRA are delighted to finally see this single storey extension and kitchen renovation through from inception in 2018 to completion in 2026.
Designed to maximise natural light and create views over the woodland opposite, this project transformed a small, enclosed kitchen into a large open-plan dream kitchen and living space with a balcony area above (Balustrade pending).
