September brought the second phase of exterior refurbishment for some of our long-standing customers at Maker. 🏡

Alongside the outside improvements, we also carried out interior plastering, bedroom refurbishment, painting, and flooring to give the upstairs a fresh new look.

Does your chimney need re-haunching? 🏠 Here, we re-haunched a chimney stack serving two adjoining properties, repointing and weatherproofing the stack using a lime and cement mortar mix.
We also installed bird spikes and clay pepper pots to help protect the chimneys from nesting birds and water ingress, leaving both properties secure and watertight.

If your chimney is showing signs of cracked or deteriorating haunching, get in touch to discuss how we can help.

A few snaps from some of our recent lime pointing work around the local area.

Strengthening tired old brickwork and stonework with traditional lime mortar, allowing the masonry to breathe and giving it the flexibility to move naturally with the building. 👌

A big thank you to all our customers for choosing us, we really appreciate the local support!!

Another project completed for our repeat customers we've had the pleasure of working with over the years.

Earlier this year, we installed a beautiful new limestone patio, and we've now returned to complete the final phase of the project with new featheredge fencing, and oil tank screen.

It's always a pleasure to work with repeat customers, and we're delighted to have helped bring this project to completion.

A lovely new patio just completed in Millbrook, finished with a brick wall surroun which has completely transformed the outdoor space and given it a fresh new look. The natural tones of the Indian sandstone create a stylish and practical area that's perfect for relaxing, entertaining or simply enjoying the garden.

Another quality installation completed and another happy customer! 😊

📩 Get in touch if you're thinking about upgrading your garden or outdoor space.

Phase 1 completed at Gordon Terrace, Millbrook.

This stage of the project included rendering the rear chimney stack and rear wall, finished with a smooth, weatherproof coating designed to improve durability and appearance. Properly rendered chimney stacks help shield older brickwork from penetrating damp, frost damage, and ongoing deterioration caused by exposure to the elements.

Recently completed patio project on Carbeile Road, Torpoint.

This rear yard transformation involved extensive excavation work to create a safe, tiered patio area, improving both the appearance, practicality, and drainage of the space. The new layout now provides easy and convenient access to the service lane, while creating a far more functional and usable outdoor area.
