NEW RUBBER ROOF
Replaced old felt roof with new rubber roof.
New sterling boards all screw fixed to area. 2x areas boxed in around chimney and rubber glued with correct adhesives. New lead flashings and edge trims.

Call out for this repair at 9pm
Managed a temporary repair until i renwed it with the rubber system epdm, as you can see on photos.

Little off shot stripped and renewed befor christmas.

New rubber roof, all reboarded, correct glues applied and trims to edges for tidy finish. Also
New facia and gutter.

New rubber roofs complete.
As we finished one the neighbour asked for his done👍
Both new boards fitted all rubber glued correctly and trims to finish off edges.
Lead flashings.
All rubbish removed.
Both customers were very happy with end results 👍
