It seems this fencing has become our speciality of late, especially for the longer runs with the larger gardens and long side driveways around Colwyn Bay and Rhos on Sea.

As the year comes to a close, it's fair to say we've worked our socks off this year. We've fitted windows, unblocked drains, demolished walls, fitted doors, laid floors, built a fair few kitchen cabinets, painted miles of walls, landscaped gardens, cut hedges, worked on canal boats, plumbed showers, built patios, screwed shelves up, fitted blinds, plastered walls, tiled, oiled worktops and jet washed driveways. We've worked with a whole host of great tradespeople and for a whole host of clients.

The mist coat is on, the bar area is coming together and whilst the air con might be in, on the hottest day of the year, we were just glad this old building keeps herself chill, as it isn't quite operational yet.

Some weeks, we know what the job is. We know exactly what materials are required, what trades need to be on site and approximately how long its going to take. Other days, we get a phone call and we arrive and have to problem solve with the tools we have available and an impossible deadline. It was getting to Challenge Aneka stress levels as 5pm loomed, but the team pulled together and the job was finished and the problem resolved. Unfortunately there was no helicopter involved nor catsuits.

We've been asked why work has stopped in Rhos. It hasn't! Just because you can't see anything, it doesn't mean nothing is going on. The final ripping out and clearing up has been completed. The new toughened glass has been fitted in the windows (you've probably had a good nosey through them as these ones aren't opaque and the bank ones were). The air conditioning unit has been fitted (a big thank you to ). The electrician has been completing the first fix. And this week the plasterboarding is being done (no pressure lads). We are still aiming for a late August opening but there are delays on some of the key fixtures of the kitchen.
We like to employ other local companies where we can and it's great to have these join us again on the specialist aspects of the restaurant build.
Keep following us for regular updates and in the meantime you can get your woodfired 🍕 fix in Colwyn Bay, Llandudno, Conwy and Penmaenmawr!

We've been very busy working behind the scenes for the last couple of weeks. Reworking small spaces to make the best use of them as well as new hygiene boards, new commercial grade vinyl floor, new internal doors and new ceilings. It's been all hands on deck again and we've been pleased to welcome 2 more full time team members.
