Job Completed – Marks Tey 🫡

Another great transformation finished by the team in Marks Tey!
We carried out a full re-roof, stripping off the old slate and fitting new treated battens with smart grey concrete tiles. We also installed new fascia boards, soffits, and guttering for a clean, modern finish.
In the back garden, we laid 60m² of grey Indian sandstone paving, lowering the levels to help solve previous damp issues and improve drainage.
At the front, we installed 85m² of light grey block paving, completed with a double charcoal border for a sharp and stylish look.

50m2 of classic grey 1200x600 porcelain slabs have been installed, with a black edging. Black Ice decorative stone to finish the sides. Supplied by Collier & Catchpole Global Stone Paving

New fence has been installed using 8ft concrete posts 1ft gravelboards and 6x5 closeboard panels.

65m2 of fresh new turf has been installed with new topsoil.
