🚿 Bathroom Transformation Completed 🚿
This bathroom was completely transformed in just 8 days from strip out to final completion.
The project involved a full rip out of the existing bathroom, with all fixtures, flooring and finishes removed. During the strip out, around half of the floor was found to be rotten and required replacement before installation could begin.
To make the new layout work, one wall was stripped back to brickwork to create the space needed for the bath installation. The soil stack was lowered to achieve the correct fall on the waste pipework, and the property’s stopcock was rerouted into the new WC unit for easy future access.
The layout was completely reconfigured, with the toilet, basin and towel radiator all relocated to maximise the available space and improve functionality.
