“I've been meaning to leave a review for this company ever since we had all our windows and front door replaced in late May as the service we've received from my first contact through to job completion with Globe Home Improvements has been incredible. I called up for a quote and within a few mins of that call, Phil had called me back to arrange a home visit for the quote (compared to another company that never came back to us after an initial email exchange). The office team were extremely helpful and responsive - Julie very patiently answered the numerous questions we had, the quote we received was competitive. The fitting was initially scheduled right in the middle of my daughter's exams but the team were really flexible with changing the date to work around this. The fitting itself was also great - we had a team of 3 working on the house (Johnny, Lawrence and another guy whose name I've forgotten, sorry!) they were very polite, friendly and efficient and completed the work in 4 days. We are thrilled with the result - the quality and finish is excellent and the house looks so much better. So many people have complimented our new door and a couple of neighbours have asked for their details so hopefully you will get some more business from our street! Thank you to the whole team for such a seamless and professional service!”
